Recursive Triggers Enabled (RECURSIVE_TRIGGERS) in SQL Server 2005

Recursive Triggers option controls the behavior of recursion of AFTER triggers. When set to TRUE in SQL Server Management Studio or ON when using the ALTER DATABASE command, recursive firing of AFTER triggers is permitted. When set to FALSE, direct recursive firing of AFTER triggers is not allowed.

Please also tell that how can we check that either recursive triggers are set on for a database or not?

Right click on database. Go to properties. Click options in left panel. In right panel under miscellaneous options you will find state of recursive triggers for that very database.
